Job Description
Panchakanya Plastic Division is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officers to join our team in the Eastern region - (Birgunj, Biratnagar, Janakpur).Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories
- Manage and strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure timely collections
- Conduct market visits and competitor analysis
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in field sales (FMCG, building materials preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively in the East region
- Must have a valid driving license (2-wheeler)
