Key Responsibilities:

  • Track & Monitor: Ensure vendor product listings are updated, accurate, and well-managed on the LalNepal platform.
  • Negotiate Smart: Secure the best possible deals and terms with vendors for mutual growth.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with existing and new vendors.
  • Vendor Onboarding: Identify and onboard potential vendors that align with our product strategy and business goals.
  • Field Visits: Conduct vendor visits (weekly) to maintain relationships, resolve issues, and explore growth opportunities.
  • Performance Oversight: Monitor vendor performance metrics like product availability, pricing, and service quality.
  • Feedback Management: Act as a bridge between the vendor and internal teams (content, logistics, and support) to ensure smooth collaboration.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's completed degree or Bachelor Running
  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales or vendor management (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
  • 2 wheeler preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge in MS excel or google sheets
  • Ability to travel for vendor visits
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • A proactive, relationship-focused mindset
