About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst with QA experience, specifically with expertise in the US healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with international clients and the ability to effectively communicate & collaborate across global teams.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with international clients, including US-based stakeholders, to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Create comprehensive use case diagrams and UML documentation to visualize system interactions, business processes, and functional requirements
- Develop detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRD) that clearly define business objectives, stakeholder needs, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria for system development
- Design scenario-based user stories that capture complex business processes and user interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and quality assurance
- Conduct impact analysis to assess the implications of changes to requirements, systems, or processes.
- Plan, develop, and manage tasks, timelines, and documentation following internal project standards.
- Monitor project progress using SCRUM methodology and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Develop and assist with test plans and cases and participate in UAT testing to validate solutions.
- Oversee user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
- Utilize best practices, techniques, and tools for efficient project execution.
- Document workflows, processes, and project outcomes clearly and accurately.
- Utilize tools like Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to analyze and present healthcare data insights.
- Calculate and analyze team capacity for effective resource allocation.
- Collaborate independently with clients and stakeholders based in the United States.
The Heroes we seek:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with hands-on QA experience.
- Proven experience in the US healthcare domain, including knowledge of electronic health records (EHR/EMR), claims processing, and regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA).
- Should have experience with the US healthcare system, AR modules, and episodes.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical teams, stakeholders, and management.
- Strong knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle processes, including Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile SCRUM methodologies.
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process documentation skills.
- Ability to identify hidden needs and articulate business requirements.
- Experience in data analysis, visualization techniques, and tools.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Advanced skills in time management, professionalism, and presentation.
- Experience in QA testing, test scenario development, and user acceptance testing.
