We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team as a Business Analyst. This role blends financial expertise with strategic analysis, supporting data-driven decision-making across departments. The ideal candidate will drive performance insights, optimize financial planning, and contribute to business growth through in-depth analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Requirements:
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) certified
Experience: Atleast 3 years post qualification, preferably in manufacturing and trading sectors
Locations: Sanepa, HO
Skills: Strong analytical abilities, expertise in financial compliance, auditing, budgeting, and proficiency in tax regulations
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis & Reporting: Interpret financial data, prepare dashboards and management reports to support strategic decisions.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead or assist in the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Business Performance Review: Track key business KPIs, conduct profitability and cost analysis, and highlight improvement areas.
- Data-Driven Decision Support: Analyze market trends and business metrics to generate insights for new initiatives and ongoing projects.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Partner with departments like operations, sales, and strategy to assess financial impact and align business goals.
- Process Improvement: Recommend and implement enhancements in reporting tools, financial systems, and business processes for efficiency.
