About the Role


This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Advisor for one of our clients located in Kathmandu. The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for providing customer-focused service, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining a professional telephone manner, offering customer support, and delivering exceptional customer service in a daily basis.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and follow up as needed.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Uphold company values and contribute to a positive team environment.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Priority will be given to candidates residing in or near area.
