About the Role
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Advisor for one of our clients located in Kathmandu. The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for providing customer-focused service, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining a professional telephone manner, offering customer support, and delivering exceptional customer service in a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and follow up as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Uphold company values and contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Priority will be given to candidates residing in or near area.
