Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our expanding team in the healthcare and diagnostics sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical or diagnostic marketing, with a passion for building client relationships, expanding outreach, and driving revenue growth through strategic campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote diagnostic and medical services to hospitals, clinics, and B2B clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through field visits, campaigns, and digital platforms.
- Maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, corporate clients, and healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for promotional activities, branding, and service delivery.
- Support in organizing CMEs, health camps, digital campaigns, and other outreach programs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Meet assigned sales targets and prepare regular performance reports.
- Promote new services, offers, and wellness packages through various offline and online channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in diagnostics, pathology, or medical services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with healthcare marketing strategies and client acquisition.
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- A two-wheeler with a valid license is a must for client visits.
