Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Junior Client Service Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will serve as a vital link between the agency and its clients, ensuring the smooth execution of projects and building lasting relationships through effective communication and coordination.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing day-to-day communication with clients to understand their marketing and event requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (creative, media, production, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Support in preparing campaign briefs, presentations, proposals, and post-event/campaign reports.
  • Maintain proper documentation and client files including minutes of meetings, approvals, and correspondence.
  • Attend client meetings, brainstorming sessions, and assist in planning marketing and event strategies.
  • Monitor ongoing campaigns, collect feedback, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Assist in budgeting, invoicing, and follow-ups on payments and deliverables.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis as required.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (freshers or 0–2 years of experience).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Nepali.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a client-first attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Canva.
  • A team player with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Skills

  • Basic knowledge of advertising, branding, and event management.
  • Familiarity with digital and social media platforms.
  • Confidence in presentations and client interactions.
