Position: HR Manager
Location: Sorhakhutte, Kathmandu
Job Type: Full-Time

We are a growing real estate company committed to innovation, professionalism, and people-first culture. As we scale, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to lead and refine our HR operations, focusing on recruitment, culture building, performance management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and strategies aligned with business goals
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Lead performance review processes and training programs
- Support organizational development and team engagement initiatives
- Handle conflict resolution, grievance procedures, and disciplinary actions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field (master’s preferred)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the banking or hospitality sector
- Strong understanding of HR functions, labor law, and compliance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient with HR software and systems
Preferred:
- Experience in Hospitality sector or in Banking sector.
- Familiarity with real estate industry culture (a plus, not required)
