Location: Corporate Office, Gairidhara, KTM

Position Summary:

Shanker Group is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and proactive Front Desk cum HR Assistant to join our Corporate Office in Gairidhara, Kathmandu. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact at the front desk while also providing vital support to the HR department. 

Front Desk Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally and courteously.
  • Maintain visitor logs, issue digital cards, and ensure no entry is missed.
  • Coordinate and confirm courier dispatch and receipts, preparing monthly reports.
  • Manage meeting hall bookings for interviews and other official events.
  • Handle ticket and hotel bookings
  • Maintain punctuality and discipline protocols for all visitors and external guests.

HR Assistance Responsibilities:

  • Maintain digital documentation of employee records in Nimble..
  • Monitor and verify employee attendance, leaves, and punctuality as per company policy.
  • Assist in conducting employee and candidate surveys and reporting.
  • Maintain KYC and SSF updates for all employees.
  • Track and report on assets issued/returned, maintain inventory in Nimble.
  • Maintain stock of stationery and ensure timely issuance.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree Running/ Completed
  • Experience: 1 to 6 Months in front desk or HR roles; Freshers with strong interpersonal and Excel skills are also encouraged to apply.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
