Job Description
Our client specializing in high-quality silver ornaments and silver utensils, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to oversee its operations at Indrachowk & Bishalbazar. The Branch Manager will be responsible for leading a team, managing daily store activities, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Supervise and manage a team of up to 8 staff members, including sales associates and support staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment.
- Ensure excellent customer service by training and motivating staff to maintain high standards.
- Maintain financial records, sales reports, and other necessary documentation.
- Work closely with senior management to plan promotions, offers, and seasonal sales strategies.
- Ensure the safety and security of the store, staff, and valuable inventory.
- Conduct periodic performance evaluations of staff and provide necessary training.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in jewellery or precious metals industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of sales, marketing, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
