Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager located in Ilam, with some work from home acceptable. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage staff, and monitor inventory and supplies. The role involves working closely with the Food & Beverage department, ensuring high service standards, and maintaining a positive dining experience for all customers.

- Experience in Hiring and Communication
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing onsite and work from home tasks
- Previous experience in hospitality management is a plus
