This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and managing staff. Duties include hiring and training employees, monitoring food and beverage service standards, creating staff schedules, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for budgeting, inventory management, and fostering a positive work environment.

  • Experience in Hiring and Communication skills
  • Strong customer relations skills
  • Good knowledge and skills in the hospitality industry
  • In-depth experience with booking systems and POS
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Food & Beverage service skills
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in restaurant management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field preferred
