Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager/Sales Supervisor located in Pokhara. The Branch Manager/Sales Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the branch, manage and lead the sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities also include monitoring performance metrics, conducting market research, building client relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Experience in sales strategy development and team management
Proficiency in customer relationship management and excellent customer service skills
Strong analytical skills for market research and performance monitoring
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently while adhering to company policies and procedures
Previous experience in the ISP or related industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
