Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design & Execution: Create and manage end-to-end inbound tour packages (cultural, adventure, luxury, eco-tourism, etc.).
  2. Vendor Partnerships: Negotiate with hotels, transport providers, and local guides to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  3. Client-Centric Approach: Tailor programs to diverse client needs (FITs, groups, corporates) while ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  4. Market Research: Stay ahead of travel trends, competitor offerings, and destination regulations.
  5. Performance Metrics: Monitor program profitability, customer feedback, and repeat booking rates.


Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years in inbound tourism, DMC, or travel operations.
  • Strong network of local/regional vendors and tourism boards.
  • Expertise in itinerary-building tools (e.g., TourCMS, Rezdy) and CRM systems.
  • Analytical mindset with a flair for creative storytelling.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
