Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bell Boy at Dusit Princess Kathmandu, located in Kathmandu. The Bell Boy will be responsible for greeting guests, assisting with luggage, directing guests to their rooms, providing information about the hotel and its services, and performing general receptionist duties. The Bell Boy will also be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in performing receptionist duties
- Ability to handle and manage luggage efficiently
- Participation in relevant training programs
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
