-Create engaging content including reels, Canva flyers, and story posts.
- Manage and respond to messages and inquiries on Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
- Coordinate with brands for cross-marketing collaborations.
- Assist with day-to-day office operations, marketing & event execution.
Job Specifications:
-Bachelor’s degree or pursuing one in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
-1+ year of experience in social media handling or customer service preferred.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Creativity with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
-Proficient in social media platforms, Canva, or basic editing tools.
-Passion for recreation, events, and delivering great customer experiences.
-Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
