Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Tourism Consultant. The Tourism Consultant will be responsible for planning customized trekking itineraries, providing expert consulting services, and ensuring seamless communication with clients. Daily tasks include training clients on trip preparations, offering exceptional customer service, and making in-trip decisions to enhance the trekking experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in Travel Planning and Consulting
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to provide Training and guidance
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in using travel planning software and tools
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Knowledge of trekking routes and challenges in Nepal is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred
