WiseAdmit is the Pathao-meets-Uber of global education.
Our platform moves students from a WhatsApp enquiry to a university acceptance in one smooth ride, while giving universities an AI-powered dashboard that turns recruitment into cruise control. Started in Kathmandu with a laptop, an idea, and a lot of coffee, we are already powering admissions in China and Africa and now setting our sights on the United States.

Why we need you
WiseAdmit is past the proof-of-concept stage and moving into warp speed. Leads keep pouring in, partners keep knocking, and we need one hungry, data-driven leader to own every millimeter of our revenue funnel. You will design the journey from first click to acceptance letter, scale both student and partner growth, and open fresh markets.
What you will tackle
- Design the growth playbook. Map the journey for both B2C and B2B from first click to conversion and tear it up every time you find a faster route.
- Own both funnels. Turn curious students into globe-trotting scholars and intrigued agencies into high-performing partners.
- Lead a lean, hungry team. Rally your partner success lead, Student Success Lead, two meme-level content creators, and a junior CRM wizard.
- Automate everything boring. Work hand-in-hand with the tech team to automate the boring stuff with WhatsApp bots and smart CRM rules, keeping the human touch where trust matters
- Keep the dashboard alive. Data is your soundtrack, every morning it tells you where to dance next.
- Make friends in many time zones. From Nairobi Zoom calls to dinner MoUs in Suzhou, you’ll carry the WiseAdmit flag wherever opportunity calls.
- Scale far beyond Nepal. Today we serve China and Africa; tomorrow we crack the U.S. market. Your playbook decides how fast we land.
What makes you a fit
- At least three years in growth, performance marketing, or revenue ownership for a fast startup or SaaS/ed-tech product
- Fluent in funnels, ads, and attribution; you can set up a look-alike audience before your coffee cools
- Eager to plug AI into every workflow (spark a killer ad concept today, embed a RAG assistant in a key module tomorrow) so each system runs smarter and faster.
- Comfortable with HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar CRM, plus WhatsApp automation platforms
- Storyteller who trusts data first and instincts next
- Fluent English and Nepali; any Mandarin wins extra high-fives
- If your idea of “partnership” is only handshakes and lunch meetings, this is not the role for you
