Location: Bijulibazar, Kathmandu

Job Type: Full-Time

Role Summary:

The Australia Counselor plays a critical role in guiding students through their journey to study in Australia. This position requires a deep understanding of Australian education systems, visa requirements, and university processes. Success in this role means consistently providing accurate guidance, ensuring high application-to-visa conversion rates, and delivering excellent client satisfaction. As part of our counseling team, this role contributes directly to Aama Education's mission of transforming dreams into global opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students regarding course options, universities, and visa pathways in Australia
Assess student profiles and recommend suitable institutions based on academic background, budget, and goals
Guide students through the complete application process – from document preparation to offer and visa filing
Maintain accurate student records and track progress through CRM systems
Stay updated with latest Australian immigration policies, education trends, and university changes
Build and maintain professional relationships with partner institutions
Represent Aama Education at events, seminars, and fairs when needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education, Management, or related field)
Minimum 1–2 years of counseling experience (Australia education counseling preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
Knowledge of GTE, SOP writing, and visa documentation
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
