Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software product.
- Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure the quality, functionality, and performance of software products.
- Identify, document, and track software defects, and collaborate with development teams and project managers to resolve issues.
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Implement and maintain test automation frameworks and tools.
- Perform regression testing and ensure product updates do not affect existing functionality.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Provide detailed reports on testing activities, including bugs, defects, and test results.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.
- Continuously research and implement QA best practices and tools to improve the testing process.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a QA Specialist, QA Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with both manual and automated testing.
- Proficiency in test management tools and bug tracking systems.
- Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, TestComplete, or similar.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in an Agile environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
