Job Description
We are currently seeking experienced educators and industry professionals to join our BSc (Hons) Computer Networking and IT Security program as full-time tutors and lecturers. If you possess strong subject-matter expertise and a passion for teaching, we warmly invite you to apply.
1. Computer Networks (Cisco)
Requirement: 1 Position
- Deliver core networking concepts including network protocols, IP addressing, and subnetting.
- Familiarity with Cisco Packet Tracer and hands-on lab setup is essential.
- Preferred certifications: CCNA or equivalent Cisco certifications.
2. Operating Systems (Linux and Windows)
Requirement: 3 Positions
- Teach OS architecture, process management, memory management, and file systems.
- Guide practical sessions in Linux command-line, shell scripting, and Windows administration tools.
- Exposure to virtualization tools and OS-level security is desirable.
3. Risk, Crisis, and Security Management (Enterprise Risk & Compliance Management)
Requirement: 1 Position
- Cover risk assessment frameworks, crisis response planning, and business continuity.
- Introduce students to ISO 27001, NIST RMF, and security governance principles.
- Case study development and industry-based risk simulations expected.
4. Cyber Security (Threat Landscape, Exploitation & Mitigation Approaches)
Requirement: 2 Positions
- Teach concepts like threat landscape, encryption, malware analysis, and network security.
- Conduct labs in firewalls, IDS/IPS, and SIEM tools.
What We Are Looking for in Candidates:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Networking, Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree is preferred.
Industry experience or professional certifications in the relevant subject area is highly desirable.
Prior teaching experience at undergraduate or postgraduate level is a strong advantage.
Preference for candidates with certifications such as RHCSA, CCNA, CompTIA Security+, CEH, or CISSP.
