Overview

The Retail Officer-Mobile Division plays a crucial role in enhancing customer experience and driving sales within the mobile segment of our organization. This position is designed for a dynamic individual who combines passion for mobile technology with exceptional retail skills. The Retail Officer will be responsible for executing sales strategies, promoting mobile products, and ensuring that brand standards are upheld in all retail touchpoints. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences, leveraging this knowledge to maximize sales opportunities while fostering strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • [Field force strategy and guideline planning] Plan the field force management strategy in the region/subsidiary and distribute the guideline based on the regional retail strategy.
  • [Sales promotion contents development] Implement the development and sourcing of sales promotion contents (sales talk) and training contents/tools for enhancing field force's sales capability
  • [Training planning and execution] Carry out the comprehensive training plan for field force capability enhancement and its local expansion
  • Provide training and support during new product introductions
  • Develops professional expertise by complying with company policies and procedures
  • Works on problems of moderate scope where analyzing situations or data requires a review on various factors
  • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
  • Normally receives general instructions on routine work with detailed instructions on new projects or assignments
  • Proficiency in financial planning, forecasting and analysis to develop and manage budgets effectively.

Required Qualifications

  • Masters preferred and relevant field with 3- 5 years of experience.
  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in mobile technology.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile devices and telecommunications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant sales software and CRM tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
