Requirements
✅ Experience: 8+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role
✅ Expertise: Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Compliance & Performance Management
✅ Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
✅ Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
