Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management:

  • Responsible for the company’s overall financial management, including financial statements, budget preparation, and tax planning;
  • Responsible for the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial data;
  • Participate in the company’s strategic decision-making, providing financial analysis and advice to support business development.

2. Tax Management:

  • Responsible for tax planning and compliance, ensuring that all tax filings are completed accurately and on time;
  • Monitor and analyze changes in tax policies, adjusting tax strategies as needed to minimize tax risks;
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with tax authorities, handling relevant tax matters.

3. Team Management:

  • Lead and manage the finance team, delegate tasks, and provide effective training and guidance;
  • Regularly evaluate team members' performance, offer feedback, and provide career development advice;
  • Ensure team members have solid financial knowledge and drive continuous improvement in their skills.

4. Budgeting and Financial Forecasting:

  • Assist in the preparation of the company’s annual financial budget, and conduct regular analysis of budget execution;
  • Provide financial forecasting analysis to evaluate future funding needs and resource allocation.

5. Financial Compliance and Auditing:

  • Ensure that the company’s financial operations comply with national regulations and internal policies;
  • Participate in annual audit work, cooperate with auditing agencies to ensure compliance and proper operations.


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, majoring in finance, accounting, or related fields;
  2. At least 5 years of financial management experience, with at least 3 years of team management experience;
  3. Experience in comprehensive tax management, including tax planning and tax filings;
  4. Overseas study or work experience is preferred;
  5. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, with the ability to work effectively under pressure;
  6. Proficiency in financial software and office software; English communication skills are preferred.
