Key Responsibilities

  • Support the accounting team in accounting.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
  • Process invoices and expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Help in tracking accounts payable and receivable functionalities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication.
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate databases.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors and clients.
  • Monitor office supplies and manage inventory.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree completed or running.
  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in administrative or accounting roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
