Job Description
We are seeking experienced Functional Consultants to join our ERP solutions team. The ideal candidates will have a strong functional background in ERP systems and experience working with clients to implement and configure ERP solutions to meet their business needs.
Responsibilities:
· Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
· Configure and customize the ERP system to meet client requirements.
· Conduct user training and support clients throughout the implementation process.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
· Document functional specifications and ensure adherence to project timelines.
· Participate in product testing and provide feedback to product development teams.
· Take ownership for the module/s Logistics, Production, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory Management and Financials
· Ensure projects are delivered to customers’ satisfaction within time and on budget.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
· At least 2 years of experience as a Functional Consultant or similar role.
· Functional skills in ERP systems such as SAP is a plus
· Experience with ERP implementation and configuration projects.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to develop creative solutions.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
· Customer-focused mindset and commitment to providing exceptional service.
· Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
