Job Description
Responsibilities
- Entry financial data into accounting software accurately and efficiently.
- Oversee financial transactions, including invoicing, billing, and payroll and expense
management.
- Reviewing client packages and monitoring payment installments
- Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Reconciling bank statements to ensure accuracy and identifying any irregularities.
- Coordinating with financial institutions and handling any banking-related inquiries or issues.
- Prepare company notices, letters, and Memorandum of Understanding with relevant parties
and approve it from Finance manager.
- Updating and maintaining existing employment contracts as needed, such as contract
renewals or terminations.
- Maintaining proper documentation related to employee agreements and bank account
transactions for auditing and compliance purposes and report it to finance manager.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for equipment purchases and
maintenance services with authority from the finance manager.
- Supervising office supplies, facilities, equipment and ensuring they are well-maintained and
equipped to support the company's operations upon discussion with operation manger.
- Collaborate with branch managers to address operational challenges and report/discuss it in
the chain for the smooth operation of the company and implement solutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Prepare salary sheet/ salary transfer sheet and report it to finance manager after the
approval from HR manager.
- Deal with all the vendors regarding the schedule payment upon prior discussion and preapproval from finance manager.
- Monthly Profit/Loss Report needs to be prepared.
- Report and update with all the bank and cash balance every day.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- At least 1 year experience as an accountant.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Proficiency in accounting software & MS office.
- Excellent analytical, organizational & problem solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
