Preparation of loan deed, mortgage letter and release letter for all loan clients
Support client for mortgage & release of the property. Typing skill in Nepali language is mandatory.
Process for documentation, execution of mortgage/registration, loan creation, recording of retail loans (mortgage, auto, personal, cash back OD and staff loans) using Eops, RLS, eBBS and MS office applications,
Preparation of letters such as variation letters, Halsabik letter
Process for credit information search, fee recovery, reconciliation and CIC fee payment,
Capture data in excel, in core/TP system for various reporting including credit bureau report,
Initiating Static Data Input pertaining to Opening of credit card customers in CAPS/C400 system
Process for archival and retrieval of files, securities and customer's request and release of securities.
Process for loan attribute change (interest rate amendment, cycle due day change, repayment account change, loan status change, SI, Sweep, Limit, Lien creations, amendment or deletion etc. in RLS, eBBS related to new loan booking
Process for archival and retrieval of files, securities and customer's request and release of securities.

Strategy
Use of data analysis and leverage on best-in-class market capabilities (e.g. predictive modelling, AI, digitisation, and other emerging technologies) to deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience
Business
Work closely with the Manager, Lending Onboarding to understand their requirements and implement the programme to deliver the strategy while ensuring strong controls, processes, governance and risk management for the country
Processes
Keep respective Supervisor and Manager Lending Operations advised of the regular operations of the unit.
To provide support to Retail Loans and credit card products assigned to the team.
To maintain all required controls and procedures.
To maintain a positive working relationship with personnel of other units of the department.
Continuously improve productivity and efficiency of Operations.
Prioritise business operating issues including the capability to deliver new products with control and efficiency on platforms which are consistent with core architecture. Oversee the prioritisation, design and management of significant change initiatives in the onboarding space.
Initiate to drive a balance of alignment and automation, de-coupling especially minimising dependencies that are blocking or slowing down client service through architectural changes in the onboarding journey for the country.

- Support respective supervisor and Manager, Lending ops for creating a culture of operational and service excellence across the lending ops unit.
- Actively participate and support unit head in on-going training & development
- Keep respective Supervisor and Manager Lending Operations advised of the regular operations of the unit.
- Ensure risks and issues identified are resolved in an appropriate and timely manner
- To be the source of reference within the Business unit in facilitating and promoting the understanding of OR and compliance requirements.
- Ensure timely understanding and compliance with all the applicable regulations of the Bank, group and
- Keep Manager Retail Lending Onboarding advised of the regular operations of the unit.
- Academic or Professional Education/Qualifications: Graduate at any subject and knowledge on HR policy
