Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interface Developer C++ and Java/Tester at Trident Business Solutions. The role involves developing interfaces, software development, integration, programming, and troubleshooting tasks on a daily basis.

1. Manager

Role:

- Working with internal/external teams, managing development, testing, and implementation according to deadlines.

- Serving as a day-to-day contact person to resolve project issues.

- Communicating with internal/external project teams and project sponsors

- Reporting regularly on project status to internal/external partners.

- Reviewing daily jobs and workloads with the team and adjusting assignments and resources as needed.

- Developing and maintaining positive and productive relationship with key client contacts.

- Assisting the team for creating project plans, testing scripts and project implementation

- Understanding the business requirement and aligning the team and deliver project ensuring all requirements are met.

- Conducting regular meetings with the team, client and executives.

- Taking initiative to understand client’s business objectives and mandate.

- Proactively identifying issues and challenges and bringing solutions to the client

Skills and Experience:

- 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager. Preferably on Payment technology; Debit/Credit transaction processing

- Strong knowledge of Payment technology; Debit/Credit Card transaction processing

- Strong knowledge of ISO8583 message.

- Knowledge of C++, Java, APIs, TCP/IP

- Excellent verbal and written communication.


2. System Integration Tester

Role:

- Working closely with the project team and executing end to end test cases on time and meet deadlines.

- Assisting the team for creating test plans and test cases

- Creating daily report

- Reporting the team regularly on the status of the testing

- Identifying the issues and challenges and reporting the team

Skills and Experience

- 2+ years on experience Debit/Credit Card transaction testing. Good to have QA experience and certification testing with national and international payment network.

- Knowledge of Payment technology; Card transaction processing

- Knowledge of ISO8583 message.

- Strong verbal and written communication

- Good to have knowledge of C++, Java and TCP/IP
