Job Description

Greeting Visitors: Warmly welcome and assist visitors upon arrival, ensuring they feel comfortable and are directed to the appropriate person or department.
Phone and Email Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails, providing information as needed.
Administrative Support: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, schedule appointments, and maintain appointment calendars.
Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and direct them to the appropriate department for resolution.
Security and Access Control: Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges).
Facility Management: Keep the reception area tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of visitor and customer information, including updating contact information as necessary.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to support various office functions and special projects.

Job Specification

At least High School degree in Management or any other stream.
At least one year experience in front desk.
Reports to HR Manager.

Note: Full-time position with standard business hours; occasional over-time may be necessary.
