As a Client Relations Associate, you will drive business growth by managing client relationships and onboarding new clients. 


A. Client Sourcing and Onboarding

  • Identify and develop strategic relationships with potential clients to offer our waste management and recycling-related services.
  • Lead client onboarding process, including client meetings, conducting waste assessments, preparing and sending tailored proposals and service agreements, etc.
  • Overall responsibility for all offline marketing activities for approaching clients.
  • Create proposals and service offerings based on each sector's requirements.
  • Develop strategic brand and tactical partnerships with external brands to raise brand awareness.
  • Develop and supervise promotional activities & marketing collaterals.
  • Strategizing and guiding the team towards getting maximum revenue by ensuring proper planning and right coordination with all the stakeholders involved.


B. Client Management

  • Maintain good relationships with existing clients. Communicate with them regularly to assess needs, accounting purposes, contract renewals, etc. 
  • Maintain and regularly update the client database.
  • Regularly update the drive with ongoing client deals and workshop details. Ensure that all photographs, reports, and relevant documentation are accurately organized and easily accessible.


Other Requirements/Specification:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a client-facing role (managing client relationships). Freshers with strong communication skills and a keen interest in client management are also encouraged to apply.
  • A valid two-wheeler license and personal vehicle are required.
