Job Description

Designation: Depot Officer

Department: Depot (Sales and Revenue)

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in management

Experience: At least 1- 2 years in Inventory Department

Location: Sunakothi, Lalitpur


Principal Accountabilities:

• Conducting billing processes for goods and services rendered, including issuing cash bills, purchase bills, sales bills, sales returns, goods transfers, and goods issues, while ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and payment processing.

• Providing sales data, damage data, and day-to-day inventory reports to management, enabling informed decision-making and efficient stock management

• Managing day-to-day dispatch operations, including coordinating with warehouse staff, overseeing inventory management, and ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment.

• Managing petty cash and daily expenses for warehouse operations

• Coordinating with transportation teams to oversee logistics and associated costs

• Utilizing accounting and bookkeeping software to track expenses and generate financial reports.

• Providing sales data, damage data, and day-to-day inventory reports to management, enabling informed decision-making and efficient stock management.

• All customers related transaction entry in Accounting software including claim, sales and promotion, credit note

• Co-ordinating with sales teams customers for damage/Expiry settlements


Competency/ Knowledge/ Skills:

  • Experience in entry level of Accounts department or inventory department
  • Leadership Skill
