Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Guest Relation Officer at Avata Wellness Center located in Kathmandu. The Guest Relation Officer will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including ensuring guest satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, handling receptionist duties, and maintaining effective communication with guests.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience in guest relations, customer satisfaction, and receptionist duties
- Proficiency in English, Computer Literacy and MS Suite.
