Job Description
- Menu Creation: Develop and update the menu, incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative dishes while maintaining traditional Chinese flavors and techniques.
- Food Preparation: Oversee and participate in the preparation and cooking of all dishes, ensuring high standards of taste, presentation, and consistency.
- Inventory Control: Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, including ordering, storing, and maintaining stock levels to ensure freshness and quality.
- Quality Control: Monitor food quality and presentation, addressing any issues to maintain high standards and customer satisfaction.
- Health and Safety: Adhere to food safety regulations and health standards. Ensure that the kitchen is clean, organized, and compliant with all sanitation guidelines.
- Customer Interaction: Occasionally interact with customers to gather feedback and make recommendations based on their preferences and dietary requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with management and other team members to coordinate kitchen operations and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.
