Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Engagement Officer at Bhojdeals.com located in Birgunj. The Restaurant Engagement Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with restaurant partners, ensuring their satisfaction and engagement with the platform. Daily tasks include onboarding new restaurants, conducting training sessions, resolving any issues or concerns, and promoting the benefits of partnering with BHOJ.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Experience in the food and hospitality industry
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Nepali and English languages
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience in sales or customer service and marketing is a plus
