Job Description
The Warehouse In-Charge will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring the accurate and timely restocking of products, maintaining the warehouse ledger, preparing invoices, participating in product discussions, and ensuring punctuality and reliability in all job duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Ledger Maintenance:
- Maintain and update the warehouse account ledger.
- Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Reconcile discrepancies in inventory and financial records.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor and manage stock levels.
- Ensure timely restocking of products.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
Invoice Preparation:
- Prepare and process invoices for shipments and deliveries.
- Ensure all invoices are accurate and sent out promptly.
- Resolve any invoice discrepancies in a timely manner.
Product Management:
- Participate in discussions about new products and inventory management.
- Provide input on product storage and handling requirements.
- Ensure products are stored in an organized and safe manner.
- Dispatching Goods.
Punctuality and Reliability:
- Maintain a consistent and reliable work schedule.
- Ensure punctuality in all job-related activities.
- Be a dependable team member who is ready to assist in various warehouse operations.
