Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors to maximize sales potential.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for growth and improvement.
Distributor Coordination:
- Coordinate with distributors to ensure effective product distribution and availability.
- Provide training and support to distributors to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with distributors to develop promotional strategies and marketing campaigns.
Market Expansion:
- Identify and pursue new customers to expand the width of distribution in the assigned territory-
- Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share.
- Conduct market research to identify potential retail partners and assess competitor activities.
Retail Mapping and Market Visits:
- Travel extensively to various markets to conduct retail mapping of shops selling
- PVC flooring products.
- Establish and maintain relationships with retail partners to ensure product placement and visibility.
- Gather feedback from retailers and customers to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the flooring or building materials industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel extensively to different markets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
