Job Description
Job Responsibilities of Business Development Executive :
- Identify and generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, email outreach, and attending industry events.
- Research potential clients and industries to understand their needs and how the company's products/services can address those challenges.
- Present and demonstrate the company’s IT solutions to prospective clients, showcasing features, benefits, and ROI.
- Conduct product demos and respond to client inquiries to ensure they understand the technical and business value of the products/services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective responses.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas as set by management.
- Support the HOD to develop sales strategies that are tailored to the specific customer needs and market opportunities.
- Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and service terms.
- Close deals and manage the contract signing process, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and submitted on time.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in the IT industry.
- Monitor competitor activities, product offerings, and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the customer service and technical teams to tailor proposals and presentations.
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews if needed.
- Organizing and archiving documents in the system.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in CRM tools.
- Recording data and reporting it to proper parties, such as clients or leadership.
- Report on the daily work and weekly accomplishment to the supervisor.
Specification/ Requirement :
- Having basic knowledge on the IT domain & Market trends
- Education : Bachelor's in information management or BBA
- Experience : 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in related field of IT
