Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Lalitpur. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves creating and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the technical team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in the related fields
- Identify target customer profiles and utilize marketing tools for effective lead generation.
- Develop and implement outbound outreach campaigns to convert leads.
- Monitor metrics, analyze performance, and create reports to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaign initiatives.
- Maintain and update CRM database for outreach.
- Perform competitor analysis to understand market dynamics and identify growth opportunities.
- Sales, Marketing, and Communication skills
