Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager in the Kathmandu and Far West regions of Nepal. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and achieving sales targets in the Far West region. The manager will also work closely with distributors and retailers to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management and strategy development
- Skills in team leadership and performance management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and sales data
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to travel within the Far West region
- Experience in the agro-products industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
