Role Overview:
The Admissions Officer will play a key role in managing student applications, ensuring smooth admission processes, and supporting students through their study-abroad journey. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple applications efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel and guide prospective students regarding study options, courses, universities, and admission requirements.
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, converting them into successful applications.
Manage the complete application process including documentation, form filling, and submission to universities/colleges.
Liaise with partner universities, colleges, and institutions to track applications and admission decisions.
Maintain accurate records of student profiles and application progress in CRM/management systems.
Assist students with scholarship applications, fee payments, and other admission-related formalities.
Stay updated with admission policies, entry requirements, deadlines, and changes in partner institutions.
Support marketing and promotional events such as education fairs, seminars, and workshops.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree (Education, Business, or related field preferred).
1–3 years of experience in student counseling, admissions, or education consultancy (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet admission deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
