Business Development Manager 

 

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities and expanding a company's global market presence.   

 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Research national international markets and sectors for potential IT project opportunities, while staying updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and client needs to align offerings with market demand. 
  • Generate high-quality leads for IT projects through networking and strategic outreach, while building a pipeline of international clients and establishing trust with key stakeholders. 
  • Represent the company at various national/international events, industry conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand positioning, while participating in webinars and forums to boost visibility and engage with potential clients. 
  • Build strong relationships with international clients by understanding their technical needs, aligning services with business goals, and facilitating project scoping and planning. 
  • Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and competitors and develop strategies to enter new markets. 
  • Explore partnership opportunities with international IT consulting firms and local agencies while developing relationships with business development agencies, industry bodies, and chambers of commerce to enhance global reach. 
  • Work with internal teams to create project proposals and technical documentation, ensuring timely submission of bids that meet client specifications and stand out in competitive markets. 
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on lead generation, project acquisition, and market trends, while analyzing lead quality, conversion rates, and market responses to optimize strategies. 
  • Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and competitors and develop strategies to enter new markets. 
  • Establish and oversee partnerships and joint ventures to enhance reach in international markets, while negotiating contracts with customers, partners, and suppliers to ensure legal compliance. 
  • Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to support national and international business development. 
  • Monitor and report key performance metrics such as sales revenue, market share, and profitability. 
  • Establish a high-level vision and approach during project initiation, collaborating with sales, business, and technical leaders to implement a business development plan aligned with long-term objectives. 

 

Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. 
  • 4-5 years of experience in business development, including prior experience in handling international clients, sales, and marketing. 

 

Skills and Qualification: 


  • Proven success in driving sales growth and working on large-scale transformation projects involving infrastructure, software, and services. 
  • Deep understanding of international markets, industry trends, and the ability to navigate cultural differences, with expertise in effective sales growth techniques. 
  • Strong knowledge of national/international business laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and strategic business planning in global markets. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong partnerships across diverse international regions. 
  • Proven ability to generate and acquire projects or leads in international markets, consistently driving business growth. 
  • Exceptional project management skills, capable of overseeing and executing complex initiatives to successful outcomes. 
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified International Sales Professional (CISP) or similar qualifications in international business development are a plus.
