Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Videographer/Video Editor based in Kathmandu. The Videographer/Video Editor will be responsible for all aspects of video production, including camera operation, lighting, and shooting video. Day-to-day tasks will include planning video projects, setting up and operating camera equipment, editing footage, and collaborating with the creative team to deliver high-quality video content.

Key Responsibilities

Shoot and produce high-quality Reels, TikToks, and other video content for clients and internal projects
Edit videos using industry-standard tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, After Effects, etc.)
Work closely with the creative team in brainstorming and planning content ideas
Ensure videos are aligned with brand identity and campaign objectives
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, transitions, and formats
Manage video equipment, shoots, and post-production processes
Contribute creative input during campaign ideation and content planning

Qualifications

Proven experience in videography and video editing (portfolio required)
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook)
Creativity and ability to think visually and narratively
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Basic photography skills are a plus
Bonus: Motion graphics or animation knowledge
