Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Showroom Manager to lead our 4-wheeler automobile showroom in Kalikanagar, Butwal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day showroom operations, driving sales performance, ensuring excellent customer service, and supervising the showroom team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee overall showroom operations including sales, staff, and customer handling.
Achieve sales targets and ensure profitability of the showroom.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver excellent performance.
Monitor vehicle inventory, display, and ensure showroom standards are maintained.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Coordinate with management for promotional activities, events, and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, showroom management, or automobile industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a team effectively.
Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred (but not mandatory).
