Internship Opportunity: Video Editor

We are excited to announce a 45-day working internship opportunity for a Video Editor to join our creative team. This role is perfect for individuals who want hands-on experience in crafting compelling visual stories and are eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Edit and assemble recorded raw material into finished projects that match the vision and brand guidelines.
Trim footage, sync audio, and apply effects, graphics, and transitions.
Collaborate closely with the creative/marketing team to produce engaging video content.
Ensure logical sequencing, pacing, and smooth storytelling.
Maintain an organised library of digital assets.
Keep up to date with the latest editing styles, trends, and tools.

Requirements

Proficiency in professional editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent).
Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and export settings.
Knowledge of color grading, sound design, and motion graphics basics.
Ability to work with deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
A creative eye for detail and storytelling.
Familiarity with social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) and their content styles.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
A portfolio/reel demonstrating editing skills (required).
