This is a full-time on-site role for a Used Car Sales Manager located in Kathmandu. The Used Car Sales Manager will be responsible for managing pre-owned vehicle sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing sales processes. The individual will also handle customer service tasks, develop sales strategies, and guide the sales team to achieve targets.
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales and Sales Processes
- Strong Sales skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Kathmandu
- Relevant experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
