Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Butwal for a PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) Incharge. The PDI Incharge will manage and oversee the inspection and preparation of vehicles before delivery to customers. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with service teams, ensuring vehicles meet quality standards, maintaining inspection records, handling customer inquiries, and troubleshooting pre-delivery issues.

Job Description

Plan, allocate, and monitor daily PDI activities as per delivery schedules.
Ensure all inspections are carried out as per company guidelines.
Supervise PDI technicians and ensure timely completion of vehicles for delivery.
Keep vehicles at any time delivery condition.
Maintain quality inspection checklists and ensure zero delivery complaints.
Coordinate closely with the sales team for delivery schedules and priorities.
Liaise with spare parts and service departments for any replacement, rectification, or modification before delivery.
Provide timely PDI status updates to concerned departments.
Maintain complete and accurate PDI inspection reports and job cards.
Train, guide, and evaluate PDI staff to maintain high-quality standards.
Ensure adherence to company safety protocols and housekeeping standards in the PDI area.
Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce PDI lead time.
