Job Description

We seeking an experienced and dynamic Cluster F&B Manager to oversee and elevate the Food & Beverage operations of two of our flagship properties – Lavie Residence & Spa and Lavie Garden at Boudha, Kathmandu. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities -

  • Lead and manage the daily F&B operations across both properties, ensuring consistent quality and service standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, control costs, and improve profitability.
  • Oversee menu planning, engineering, and coordination with culinary teams.
  • Drive guest satisfaction through innovation, service excellence, and feedback management.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor F&B teams to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and brand standards.
  • Coordinate with marketing to promote F&B offerings and special events.


Requirements -

  • Minimum 7 plus years experience in F&B Leadership role, preferably in a multi-outlet or cluster role.
  • Experience in premium or 4/5-star hospitality environments preferred.
  • Strong leadership and operational skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
  • Proven track record in cost control, menu engineering, and service innovation.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
