We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Vendor Management Officer to oversee vendor acquisition and performance across all categories, and also strong focus on Beauty and Fashion. The role involves sourcing quality vendors, negotiating terms, managing relationships, and ensuring smooth onboarding to support LalNepal’s growth and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

Track & Monitor: Ensure vendor product listings are updated, accurate, and well-managed on the LalNepal platform.

Negotiate Smart: Secure the best possible deals and terms with vendors to support mutual growth.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with both existing and potential vendors.

Vendor Onboarding: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors in alignment with LalNepal’s product strategy and goals.

Field Visits: Conduct regular (weekly) visits to vendors to maintain relationships, resolve issues, and explore growth opportunities.

Performance Oversight: Monitor and analyze vendor performance metrics such as product availability, pricing, and service quality.

Feedback Management: Serve as the liaison between vendors and internal teams (content, logistics, and support) to ensure effective collaboration and problem-solving.


Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree completed or currently pursuing.

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or vendor management (Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).

Ownership of a two-wheeler is preferred.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.

Willingness to travel for vendor visits.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

A proactive and relationship-focused approach to work.
