The Job:

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Pricing & Packaging to lead the strategy behind how we model, structure, and evolve our commercial offerings. This role plays a critical part in aligning our pricing approach with customer value, market dynamics, and growth ambitions. You’ll work across teams to define SKUs, guide rollouts, and ensure pricing decisions drive revenue and simplicity. What You Will Be Doing:

  • Own the pricing and packaging strategy across products and customer segments
  • Analyze usage patterns, customer behavior, value metrics, and willingness-to-pay data to inform decisions
  • Model and recommend changes to pricing structure, tiers, SKUs, feature packaging, and discount policies
  • Collaborate with product and GTM teams on launch readiness, rollout plans, and enablement
  • Partner with Finance on forecasting, scenario planning, and business impact analysis
  • Benchmark competitor offerings and monitor market trends to ensure pricing remains competitive and value-aligned
  • Maintain documentation and tools for pricing policies, approvals, and historical context
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders, from product and sales to finance and executive leadership

Your Skills and Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in pricing, strategy, finance, or product roles in a managerial role
  • Proven experience building pricing models and driving recommendations through to execution
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; bonus for data fluency with tools like SQL or Looker
  • Experience designing SKU structures including tiering, usage-based models, bundling, and add-ons
